The CVA™ Crossfire muzzleloader is the first CVA muzzleloader to incorporate the Federal® FireStick™ charge system. Built on the Optima V2 muzzleloader frame, the .50 Cal CVA™ Crossfire is a compact and lightweight muzzleloader that is easy to clean and maintain. The FireStick™ technology is great for beginners, casual hunters and shooters that want an easy-to-use, low-maintenance muzzleloader.

The Crossfire™ Muzzleloader is equipped with a 26” stainless steel fluted barrel which decreases weight without sacrificing performance. The CVA™ Crossfire is easy to maneuver in the tree stand or in tight spots and comfortable to carry in the mountains. The Crossfire™ comes standard with a DuraSight® DEAD-ON™ one-piece scope mount and CVA’s solid aluminum PalmSaver Ramrod. This model features a stainless steel barrel finish and black composite stock. When compared to its competitors, the CVA™ Crossfire Muzzleloader includes many features you won’t find anywhere else for the price.

The Federal™ FireStick is a sealed polymer ignition capsule that holds premeasured powder charges. The ability to have the same exact charge on every shot allows for more consistent velocities, which increase accuracy and performance. Cleaning is a snap, since the FireStick™ is designed for one-time use there is no real cleaning involved in the breech area. The Firestick™ not only speeds up reloading, it also reduces the need for many common muzzleloader accessories, making it much easier for beginners. Powder measures, powder flasks, nipple picks, speed loaders, cappers, and parts soakers are not needed with this rifle. With the Crossfire™ Muzzleloader all you’ll need to carry are 209 primers, bullets, FireStick’s and short starter!
